in previous version of vos3000 we had to start or stop or restart commands in centos or linux one by one manually but in VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Service commands simplified by Developer. Now with single command you can start/stop or restart all VOS3000 Services/modules which is running in server.
Commands for Restart: servermonitord kunshi restart all
Commands for Start and stop:
servermonitord kunshi stop all
or
servermonitord kunshi start all

Since VOS3000 do not have any english manual for web api for 2.1.9.07 but many people need it, so used google translator and made it in english, at least for now you can use it for urgent needs at least
Many client need to change VOS3000 IVR language which is by default chinese and they do not know where to change, remember you must have IVR or Valueadded module active to get ivr settings, in VOS3000 2.1.9.07 version also have IVR module if your seller have all modules, some seller do not have all modules, i am sharing the location from where you can get the options.
From Navigation , you need to go Audio Service then Value added then Value added device, same as picture. Double click on Value added device in VOS3000 client software.
Then you will get “VALUE_ADDED” – go to edit, then you will see default language as “chinese” all small letter, same as picture (marked).
You have to make it “english”, all small letter, then ok, then apply if needed. it will change the ivr language in vos3000
Reboot the server once if needed, it will be english now! when there is no ivr found the vos3000 will by default use chinese language as ivr language in vos3000.

VOS3000 2.1.9.07 is last release from VOS3000 team but currently VOS3000 21907 version only chinese client available, so it should be converted to english client, which is very easy.
After install VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Version just simply go to Your computer, C drive, Program Files, VOS3000 21907 Folder then VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Folder then etc folder then client.conf (you have to change zh_cn to en_us) – You must be have administrator power to change i used notepad ++ to get administrator mode easily.
After You save it then you can use it as English Client of VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Version instead of VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Chinese Client

Time Out Error at Login VOS3000
Reason:
Server have running firewall which is blocking VOS3000 client software to connect with VOS3000 Server – in that case you have to stop firewall from VOS3000 Server.
Server have different port for login VOS3000 Server, So you need to add port after IP if there is set at VOS3000 Server.
Solution if you have problem with Number 2
3. If IP is wrong at your VOS3000 client software then also timeout error can come
4. If anyhow VOS3000 ip is blocked by your internet then also this error might come when you try to connect VOS3000
5. Wrongly Installed VOS3000 Server can have similar error for connecting VOS3000 client to VOS3000 Server
