VOS3000 Dialer call test, No Voice! One way audio! VOS3000 pin call no audio!
Hello all,
Many of our client ask and face this issue. Actually the main issue is (if you dont have any blockage issue in your country ) vos3000 softswitch emp service. Normaly VOS3000 older versions like 2.1.1.5, 2.1.2.0 or 2.1.2.4 works mainly Centos 5.X – 32 bit. But most of datacenter not support this versions anymore, so what people do they simply install at centos 6.x – 32 bit. But when they installed emp it gives one error. Which is basically that emp not supporting centos 6.x kernel. And in that case when you will do pin call test there will be no audio as emp is the main softswitch engine of VOS3000 which communicate with MBX.
In this case you need to downgrade in working kernel for VOS3000. Please remember media proxy will have same no audio in vos3000 if this emp-kernel mismatch happen.
We would suggest to use upgraded version for VOS3000 to avoid all kind issues.
