Change IVR language in VOS3000 2.1.9.07

Hello,

Many client need to change VOS3000 IVR language which is by default chinese and they do not know where to change, remember you must have IVR or Valueadded module active to get ivr settings, in VOS3000 2.1.9.07 version also have IVR module if your seller have all modules, some seller do not have all modules, i am sharing the location from where you can get the options.

From Navigation , you need to go Audio Service then Value added then Value added device, same as picture. Double click on Value added device in VOS3000 client software.

Then you will get “VALUE_ADDED” – go to edit, then you will see default language as “chinese” all small letter, same as picture (marked).

You have to make it “english”, all small letter, then ok, then apply if needed.

Reboot the server once if needed, it will be english now! when there is no ivr found the vos3000 will by default use chinese language.

VOS3000 Transcoding (Codec Converter)

Hello all,

From VOS3000 2.1.6.00 version to 2.1.8.05 Version you will see Transcode or codec conversion options in routing gateway or mapping gateway but that not works, actually codec converter is different module which sold by VOS3000 developer, That will work actually when that specific extra module installed, else it wont work properly, may be few calls can work but will not work properly

From VOS3000 2.1.9.07 version some people have Codec Conversion or Transcode module, those people have this module installed in server then it will work, many vendor do not have VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Codec converter or many other module, those server wont work properly for this

You can check from ‘Process manager” if the codec converter or how many modules are installed in your VOS3000, if you see codec conversion module is available in server then it will work for you, here is screenshot attached of a process manager in VOS3000 Server.

Change VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Chinese Client to English Client!

Hello All,

VOS3000 2.1.9.07 is last release from VOS3000 team but currently VOS3000 21907 version only chinese client available, so it should be converted to english client, which is very easy.

After install VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Version just simply go to Your computer, C drive, Program Files, VOS3000 21907 Folder then VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Folder then etc folder then client.conf (you have to change zh_cn to en_us) – You must be have administrator power to change i used notepad ++ to get administrator mode easily.

After You save it then you can use it as English Client of VOS3000 2.1.9.07 Version.

Connecting Server, Please wait Time Out error at VOS3000 2.1.8.00

Hello,

Time Out Error at Login VOS3000

Reason:

  1. Server have running firewall which is blocking VOS3000 client software to connect with VOS3000 Server – in that case you have to stop firewall from VOS3000 Server.
  2. Server have different port for login VOS3000 Server, So you need to add port after IP if there is set at VOS3000 Server.
Solution if you have problem with Number 2

3. If IP is wrong at your VOS3000 client software then also timeout error can come

4. If anyhow VOS3000 ip is blocked by your internet then also this error might come when you try to connect VOS3000

5. Wrongly Installed VOS3000 Server can have similar error for connecting VOS3000 client to VOS3000 Server

Can be more reason as well, those are common reasons

Now a days there are plenty of ddos attack going on in VOS3000 Servers those are located in MULTACOM, VULTR, DIGITALOCEAN, CONTABO and some other datacenters.

mostly it happening daily basis in vultr vos3000 servers and also other datacenters – VOS3000 2.1.6.0 Versions are specially targeting by some attackers and attacking heavy ddos attack, so datacenter null route automatically for those ips getting attack. Vultr paid Ddos attack service also failed to solve this as well.

Hello all,

Finally VOS3000 Original Developer developed basic Web Management software for VOS3000, so VOS3000 can be accessed from Mobile Browser and can do some basic urgent task for urgent times.

VOS3000 2.1.8.05 have web management included and have some other versions as well where its builtin but 8.05 is so far seems okay to us. We are doing some more study on this version and we will confirm when we will see this is one of another stable version.

VOS3000 2.1.8.05 is released with some bug fixing after VOS3000 2.1.8.0
